Who this is for
This system is for the workers and staff of Buildwick Engineering Pte Ltd. Accounts are issued by Buildwick. It is not open to the public, and there is no sign-up — if you do not have a worker ID from Buildwick, this system is not for you.
Your account
- Your worker ID and password identify you. Keep the password to yourself.
- You must set your own password the first time you sign in.
- Clock in and out only for yourself. Punching for someone else is a matter between you and your employer, and every punch is photographed and logged.
- Tell your supervisor immediately if you think someone else knows your password.
What the system records
Times are generated by our server, not by your phone, and photos are taken live at the moment you press the button. Both are kept as the employment record. See the Privacy Notice for the details.
Corrections
If a punch is missing or wrong, ask your supervisor. Supervisors can add or void an entry, but must give a reason, and every such change is recorded against their name. Nothing is deleted outright.
Pay
The system calculates hours, overtime and deductions from the rules your employer sets, within the limits Singapore law requires. The figures only take effect once a Buildwick administrator confirms them. Questions about your pay go to Buildwick, not to Redfluent.
Availability
We aim to keep the system available, but it may be unavailable during maintenance or a network outage. If you cannot clock in, your photo is held on your phone and sent when signal returns; if that also fails, tell your supervisor so the time can be recorded manually.
Responsibility
Buildwick Engineering Pte Ltd is the employer and is responsible for employment decisions, pay and the rules configured in this system. Redfluent Pte Ltd provides and operates the software.
